We realize that occassionally you will want to revise an order before shipment. We try to ship all orders within 1 business day after we received the payment confirmation so changing order will not always be possible, but we try to accomodate all requests or work out alternate solutions.

Removing an Item

If you would like to remove an item from an order, please contact us and we will attempt to revise your order before shipment. If we are unable to do so then it is not refundable.

Adding an Item

If you would like to add an item to an order, please place a second order selecting the shipping method the same as the previous one, please contact us and ask for the orders to be combined. If we are able to do so, we will ship them together, and refund the shipping costs. Otherwise we will ship the second order separately.

Address Change

If you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us and let us know the new address. If we are unable to change the address before the package ships, we will assist you in recovering the package.


While we work to avoid mistakes and prevent problems in our orders, occasionally they do occur and when they do, we are eager to fix them.

Canceling Orders

Most orders placed on are shipped within one business day after we received transfer confimation, so it will not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed
If your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us and we will try to stop your order from shipping, we will refund the value of the entire order minus the shipping cost
If your order has been shipped. You won’t be able to refund it.

Wrong Items

We double check each order for accuracy, once when it is pulled and again when it is packaged, but it is still possible for mistakes to occur. If you receive an item that you did not order, you are able to return it. We will refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item.

Missing Items

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


We offer shipping via JNE for domestic shipments. Please keep in mind that we estimate a one day handling time for any order placed on our site in addition to the following delivery time estimates. Shipping rates will vary according to the items in your order and where you are having them shipped.
Our shipping calculator uses these factors to calculate the total shipping charge that you see during checkout.

Most singles orders below 50pcs are packaged with a small TwoStompas box. For singles orders exceeding 500 cards, we are using the big TwoStompas box to help protect cards during shipping. We take pride in how our packages are shipped and try to minimize the change of damage. We welcome feedback on ways to improve our packaging.

For International Customers
To improve the shipping experience for our international customers, we are offering only trackable service to the countries where this issue is most prevalent. We are using EMS International for International shipping.

Does TwoStompas ship internationally?

Yes we do. With the exception of Magic: the Gathering sealed product, which Wizards of the Coast forbids us from selling internationally. sells sealed product at Indonesia only.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes when a shipment arrives in my country?

Possibly, though due to the fact that policies and rates vary by country we have no way of knowing if and how much you will be charged once a shipment reaches you. Your best course of action is to check with your country’s customs office to find out what duties or taxes you might be subject to before placing an order. Keep in mind that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
TwoStompas bears no responsibility for any duties or taxes levied on you by your country. Please note that if you refuse a shipment because your country is charging excessive feesor taxes and it is returned to us, we will only be able to refund your payment once we have deducted our original shipping cost, any return cost, and up to a 10% handling fee. We wish to avoid this situation and so should you, so we please ask that you find out what duties or taxes you might be subject to before placing an order.

Does TwoStompas accept international credit cards?

Sorry, at the moment we only accept payment using Paypal for International order. All our products are using Indonesia Rupiah, please contact us during the check out process, we will assist you to convert the amount of your order plus delivery shipment cost to US Dollars.
After we received the Paypal transfer then we will process your order and deliver to your address via EMS International.


When will my Pre-Order ship?

We begin to ship Pre-Orders on the release date and strive to have them out as soon as possible. If a Pre-Order will take longer than three days to ship, we will contact you to let you know.

Can you ship sealed box internationally?

Wizards of the Coast policy does not allow the shipment of ANY in print sealed Magic: the Gathering product outside Indonesia. We will only handle singles order internationally.

Can i cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes you may, any postage that has already been paid cannot be refunded. A 10% cancellation fee will also apply, but only for Pre-Order items.

Can you ship out the non Pre-Order items before the release?

The entire order will be held until the Pre-Order items are available. If you would like to receive the non Pre-Order items immediately, please place separate orders.

If i preorder a booster box from, will i receive the “Buy-a-Box” promotional card?

No. The “Buy-a-Box” promotion is only available (while supplies last) to customers making their purchase in person from a participating “brick and mortar” store. Online stores are not eligible to participate in the “Buy-a-Box” promotion.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status.
When you order through our website, you are opting in receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us.

Will TwoStompas disclose the information it collects to third parties?

TwoStompas does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. TwoStompas may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
TwoStompas may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of TwoStompas, our users, or others.
